Security

We have many security measures in place, so you can relax and enjoy your visit at Silverburn. Some of our measures you’ll be able to see while others you can’t, but they’re all there to keep you safe. We have a team of trained security professionals which are onsite 24/7 and you will see them during your visit. Alongside keeping us all safe, they can also help with questions you might have.

• We have extensive state-of-the-art CCTV throughout the mall and our car parks. • Our car parks have been awarded Park Mark and achieved Safer Parking status. • We work in partnership with the local police, so you’ll often see officers, PCSOs and police dogs around the mall and car parks. • Alongside our team at Silverburn, all our retailers undergo security training to help keep us all safe.

If you see anything suspicious, please immediately report it to speak to a member of our security or housekeeping teams on the mall or at our Customer Service Desk, located near JD Sports.
